Privacy notice

When you contact, book, sign up for an event, or submit a custom order with Nia Pacha, we collect the information you submit so we can reply, manage your purchase, and prepare the service you requested.

Information we use

This can include your name, email address, optional phone or WhatsApp number, current city, birth place, birth date, optional birth time, appointment, event or custom-order details, custom event-form answers, concerns you choose to share, and private notes added while supporting you.

Client history and updates

Your client profile records whether you have requested a one-to-one session, contacted us, signed up for an event, or subscribed to updates. If you select the optional updates checkbox, we store the date and source of that choice so we can send news about future sessions and events.

Services involved

Records are stored in the website database hosted through Vercel and Neon. Payments may be processed by the payment provider configured for the site. Appointment times may be added to the configured Google or iCloud calendar, but birth details, concerns, and phone numbers are not copied into calendar events. When an administrator asks for a report, birth details may be sent to the configured astrology or Human Design provider solely to generate that report. City suggestions use the Photon location service.

Retention and deletion

Unconfirmed appointment, paid-event, and custom-order holds expire automatically. Client information is retained while it is needed to provide the service. You can ask through the contact form for your personal information to be corrected or removed. Removal deletes contact messages, notes, and reports and anonymizes the related booking, event, and order history.

Your choices

Birth time, phone number, concerns, and future updates are optional. Custom event fields are marked when required. You may unsubscribe from updates or ask us to correct or remove your information through the contact form. Please submit a form only if you agree to the stated use of its information.
